10'3" X 6' Early Tribal Tekke Palas Kilim [SH-092]

A tribal early Tekke Palas Kilim. This piece features a madder red field (aged to brown) with an intricate checkered main border, and a minor border with frequent motif changes. With five colors, this piece was given a museum quality hand wash before being preserved from light and wear in our gallery’s kilim room.
