Our proprietary hand-wash process has shown time and time again that our delicate system (that's been honed and defined over 35+ years) is superior to any machine washing technique found in the rug washing industry. Customers are always happy about the end result, but rarely do they get a chance to see their rugs in the middle of the washing process.
