RETURNS + EXCHANGES

It is always recommended that you see your item in person before purchasing. Rugs were always created as artful objects to be walked on and lived with. As pieces of antiquity, our rugs and kilims are often fragile. Please consider purchasing a rug pad. All of our pieces are given comprehensive descriptions and information (especially in person), but if you have concerns or inquiries about any items in our inventory, please contact us before you make a purchase so we can address any questions you may have.

• All purchases are final sale, sold as is, no exceptions. Due to the nature of our industry and inventory, we are unable to accept returns, refunds or exchanges. The condition of each item is exemplified through the photos pertaining to the item in question, and items are shipped in the condition that is shown in each photo.
  

• The Antique Knot is not responsible for any wear, damage, or color bleed a piece may experience after purchase due to improper washing or handling. Again, all items are shipped as shown in the photos for each item.
