Collector's Notes
This antique Kurdish rug was woven in the early 19th Century and features a vibrant colored 3x12 octagonal star gul field design. Geometric leaf and tree border on saturated mellow red. Great as a tribal art wall hanging or a worn floor rug with a rug pad underneath.

Condition: Good condition considering age. Overall wear with foundation showing in areas as shown. One hole in the top right corner. Remnants of original ends and goat hair selvage.
