Collector's Notes 

This Antique Timuri long rug was woven in the late 19th Century. It features a rectangular medallion outlined with ivory crenelations enclosing a multi-colored tree. It is finished with a meandering bird head border on a glowing red background. The use of fine detail and coloration is apparent in the weave. Rare piece in this condition. Great accent rug for any space or hanging as wall art.
