7' X 4'2" Early Karabagh Rug [SH-141]

An early Karabagh rug, stemming from Azerbaijan. 2 3/4 splayed medallions on a cherry red ground. Teal green, golden yellow, and purple found as well. Early yellow border of stars and mini gols. 2 goats found at the bottom. A unique 10-stepped bird head tree with 2 interior stars. 3 holes found. With 7 colors, this piece was given a museum-quality hand wash.
