Collector's Notes

This antique Qashqai from the late 19th century features a triple linked medallion design and superb use of color. The field is filled with birds, a few animals, and numerous flowers with small botehs among them. This rug is in excellent condition with slight even wear and good pile. The rug is finely woven with lustrous soft wool and has a nice floppy handle. Ready for use or display.
