Collector's Notes
This antique Baluch bag face was woven in the late 19th Century. It features nine octagonal guls enclosing diamonds outlined with radiating bird heads. All are flanked by a meandering vine border on a saturated cherry red background. Great square floor rug or accenting wall hanging piece.
