10'10" X 4' Antique 19th Century Azerbaijan Runner (SH-313)

An antique 3-medallion runner from the Derbent region of Azerbaijan, circa last quarter of the 19th century. Serrated medallions with honeycomb floral center. Half gul sides show botehs and plant forms. Barber pole stripe connecting medallions, terminates arrow (potentially a mirab). 8 colors, and was given a museum-quality hand wash before being preserved from light and wear in our gallery.
