9’1” X 7’1” Rare Antique Ersari Rug [117]

A rare mint condition Antique and Ersari rug. Almost full pile, with a strong green and ocean blue, this rug displays a 3 X 6 gol pattern (including the goose-foot motif) with a single guard stripe flanking a checkered diamond main border. With seven excellent colors, and a four cord selvedge, with original kilim ends, this piece was given a museum quality hand wash before being preserved from light and wear in our gallery’s presentation room.
