This antique Baluch rug was woven in the late 19th Century by the Chakhansur artisans. It features four central hexagonal medallions that are surrounded by three alternating mirroring patterns with bird head patterns on a vibrant field. All finished with an intricately drawn meandering stripe and cross border with four pairs of curled bird heads. Great floor rug or accenting hanging art.
