    7'0" X 9'3" Antique Ersari Carpet [SH-244]

    This antique Ersari main carpet was woven in the mid 19th century and features two rows of 6 'Gulli Gol' medallion field design. Large orange and blue gols are separated by totemic bird tree diamonds as a secondary gol pattern. Note the left side main border changes pattern to stars and 'ashik' motifs similar to what is seen in Turkomen Tekke type border design elements. Carpet retains diagonal striped kilim ends and original selvages. Great area floor rug for any interior.
