3'11" X 3'10" Mushwani Sarabani Afghan Rug [SH-153]

A Mushwani Sarabani, stemming from Western Afghanistan. Circa 1900, this rug features a leaf and calyx border, with 2 ashik medallions and a 2 cord goat hair selvedge. A lovely pea green is found, along with 5 other colors. With nice kilim ends and in very good condition, this piece was given a museum quality hand wash before being preserved from light and wear in our gallery.
